verschiedenen Kontexten gearbeitet. Dabei habe ich erlebt, dass die (eigenen) Anforderungen und Erwartungen die M\u00f6glichkeiten oft bei weitem \u00fcbersteigen. Vor diesem Hintergrund habe ich mich in unterschiedlichen Kontexten damit besch\u00e4ftigt, welche inneren Bilder, welche Kl\u00e4rungsprozesse und welche Strukturen dabei helfen, gut zu arbeiten und l\u00e4ngerfristig die Arbeitsf\u00e4higkeit sowie die Freude an der Arbeit zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Ich \u00a0weiss, wie hilfreich es f\u00fcr Einzelne, Gruppen und Teams ist, sich Zeit und Raum zu nehmen, um Klarheit zu erlangen: \u00dcber eigene Bed\u00fcrfnisse und die anderer, \u00fcber Ziele und Motive, \u00fcber Konflikte und Zielkonflikte und \u00fcber n\u00e4chste Schritte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Deshalb habe ich mich entschieden, Supervisorin und Coach zu werden.
